- MEP Estimator (Senior & Junior)
Candidates applying for the MEP Estimator role should meet the following criteria:
- Junior Position: 2-3 years of experience in MEP Estimation
- Senior Position: 5-6 years of experience in MEP Estimation
- Expertise in Residential/Villa Projects, Office Spaces, F&B, and Retail Fitouts
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
- Experience in preparing detailed MEP cost estimates for various projects
- Ability to review specifications, drawings, and scope to accurately estimate MEP materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Proficiency in creating custom mechanical solutions for unique designs
