About the job The Facilities Engineer will be responsible forlooking after the maintenance, operation, andimprovement of the community’s facilities
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular site inspections on the status ofHard, Soft and Specialist services performed atassigned site locations and ensure all requireddocuments in place
- Organize and keep track of all the preventive andreactive maintenance performed by theappointed service providers
- Regularlycommunicate with the service providers on-siteto ensure the maintenance works are followedas per schedule,
- Investigate complaints, disturbances andresolve problems by communicating with thefacilities management, property management,residents, building owners and tenants
- Coordinate with the building service providersonsite as part of regular monitoring andsupervision. Supervise and train the facilityservices staff as needed..
- Follow-up on all operational requirements as perthe approved building rules/communityguidelines
- Maintain all the requireddepartmental level and site level documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or FacilitiesManagement
- Post Graduate Certification or Diploma related toFacilities Management
- 4 to 5 Years of experience in PropertyManagement, Community Management,Facilities Management or Real Estate
- Knowledge in building systems such as cooling,and ventilation system, lighting and powersystem, plumbing, mechanical and electricalsystem.
- Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing rootcauses, and proposing practical solutions toaddress facility-related challenges and improveoperational efficiency.
- Effective verbal and written communication skillsto convey inspection findings, recommendations,and technical information clearly andprofessionally to team members, tenants andowners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree• 5+ years of work experience with Facilities Engineering
- Valid driver’s license
