- Site Supervisor – Soft Services
Requirements:
- • 4 to 6 year Experience as Cleaning Supervisor/TeamLeader with facilities management company in UAE/GCC.
- BICS Certified will be an advantage. I
- mmediately available candidate on visit or cancelled visa will be preferred
- Excellent English written and verbal communicationskills.
- Supervises cleaners to carry out their work.
- Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners.
- Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate workto cover absences.
- Ensures all cleaning equipment and chemicals are wellmaintained and is safe for use.
- Checks on the stock level of cleaning materials andequipment.
- Regular check for health and safety standards.
Technician Fire Fighting System
- Perform inspections and maintenance ser-vices of all fire extinguishers, hose, sprin-klers and pumps.
- Able to replace, repair, fill and tag all extin-guishers and hose.
- Able to maintain a inspections based uponNFPA standards and IS0 practices.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mainte-nance, troubleshooting & repairing of fireprotection systems.
- Diploma or relevant trade certification froma recognized institute.
- Candidates only with, notice period, visitvisa and cancellation will be interviewed
Technician-Fire Alarm Systems
- Able to diagnose and inspects electrical /fire alarm / security systems and mainte-nance.
- Analyses blue prints, schematics and draw-ings of fire alarm and/or other related elec-trical systemsInstalls electrical system components asassigned (e.g. panels, audible/visual alarms,pull stations, detectors, etc.)
- Able to respond to emergency situations forthe purpose of resolving immediate safetyconcerns.
- Minimum of 2 years of Fire Alarm, Safety &Security Industry
- Diploma or relevant trade certification froma recognized institute.
- Candidates only with, notice period, visitvisa and cancellation will be interviewed.
